Eligibility Criteria
- 
Be a national and resident of one of the 30 eligible countries in Africa, Asia, or Latin America 
- 
Apply for a VLIR-UOS ICP Connect-accredited programme 
- 
Be 35 years or younger for initial master’s (40 for advanced master’s) 
- 
Have relevant academic background and motivation
