The InteRussia Fellowship Programme invites non-Russian specialists aged 21–35 to spend four weeks at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in Moscow, exploring Russia’s advances in biotechnology and agro-industrial innovation. This fully funded fellowship runs from 5 October to 2 November 2025, with all activities conducted in English.
Programme Highlights
Participants will:
• Work side by side with leading researchers on cutting-edge biotech and agri-industrial projects
• Attend seminars and laboratory rotations in synthetic biology, bio-processing and crop-based value chains
• Exchange best practices with an international cohort and build lasting professional networks
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must, by the close of applications:
• Hold non-Russian citizenship and reside outside Russia
• Be between 21 and 35 years old
• Possess relevant education or professional experience in biotechnology, bioengineering or agronomy
• Demonstrate English proficiency at B2 level or above
Selection is competitive and based on academic merit, professional accomplishments and alignment with the programme’s focus on sustainable bio-innovation and value-added agriculture.

- Under “My Projects,” choose “InteRussia Biotechnologies 2025,” complete all required sections and submit.
- Monitor your application status; once it changes from “Preparing” to “Submitted,” your application is complete.
