Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants include:

NGOs, nonprofits, civil society, community-based organizations
-
Colleges, universities, and academic institutions
-
Organizations in eligible regions OR based in high-income countries partnering locally
Not eligible:
-
Government agencies and religious orgs (can be project partners but not direct recipients)

Projects in post-Soviet and Balkan states
-
General operating support, humanitarian aid, eco-tourism, capital projects, executive salaries (US/EU), or retroactive funding

Typical grant range: $25,000 – $50,000 per year

Duration: 1–2 years
