Who Can Apply?

Agri-based start-ups that:

• Operate in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, or Tanzania

• Have moved beyond the idea stage, with a proven concept and generated initial revenue

• Contribute to sustainable economic, ecological, or social development

• Aim to scale innovations in agriculture—such as climate-smart solutions, agri-tech, irrigation, mechanization, post-harvest handling, or value addition

• Are privately owned and for-profit

• Have a viable financial plan, an annual financial statement, and high growth potential

• Are yet to raise more than €2 million in funding

Special Consideration

• Women-led agri-enterprises and those promoting gender equality are strongly encouraged to apply.
