Are you a young university graduate from Ghana with a passion for transforming agriculture, rural development, or food systems? The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) Africa programme by the German Bundestag invites politically and socially engaged youth from select African countries to learn about democratic governance, civil society, and policymaking — and return home equipped to lead transformational change.
