Eligibility Criteria:

Citizen of an MTCP-recipient developing country
-
Age: ≤ 45 years at time of application

Academic: Minimum Second Class Upper (Honours) / CGPA ≥ 3.00 at undergraduate level

English Proficiency:
-
IELTS ≥ 6.0, or
-
TOEFL iBT ≥ 60, or
-
Prior degree taught in English
-

Health: Certified “fit to study” by a medical practitioner (report valid within 6 months)
What’s Covered:

Tuition fees (paid directly to the university)

Monthly living allowance: RM 3,500

One-off return economy-class airfare (home country ↔ Malaysia)
