The Government of Serbia is offering fully funded scholarships to Ghanaian students for undergraduate and master’s studies in Serbia for the 2025–2026 academic year. This initiative covers tuition, living expenses, and integration support.

Who Can Apply?
General Requirements:

Ghanaian citizen residing in Ghana

Strong academic record and character
Undergraduate Applicants:

Completed Senior High School with a WASSCE aggregate between 6 and 15

Not older than 21 years at the time of application

Possess a birth certificate
Master’s Applicants:

Hold a bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class (Upper Division)

Not older than 25 years at the time of application

Completed National Service
How to Apply

Obtain and complete the official application form from the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat.

Prepare certified copies of required documents, including academic transcripts, certificates, birth certificate, and proof of national service (for master’s applicants).

Submit the application and supporting documents to the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat by the closing date.
Shortlisted candidates will be nominated and then complete enrollment with their chosen Serbian university. No application fees are charged.
