- Sri Lanka – University of Colombo, University of Sri Jayewardenepura
Eligibility & Application Guidelines:
- Open to citizens of low or middle-income Commonwealth countries
- Must apply to one of the eligible universities and courses listed
- Submit both the QECS application and a separate application for admission to the selected university
