The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offers fully funded, long-term scholarships for Master’s and Doctoral studies through its “Study in Saudi Arabia” initiative. These awards cover the entire duration of the chosen degree cycle and are open to international applicants for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be non-Saudi citizens, aged at least 16 years

Hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the intended entry date

Provide a medical certificate confirming freedom from contagious diseases

Possess the required academic qualifications (high school diploma for Bachelor’s; Bachelor’s for Master’s; Master’s for PhD)

Submit proof of financial capability or a sponsor’s guarantee

For those under 18, include a guardian’s written consent

Select your desired academic level and institution

Complete the online application, uploading transcripts, diplomas, passport copy, medical clearance, and any other required documents

No application fees are charged

Shortlisted candidates will be nominated by their chosen university and undergo final selection by the Ministry of Education
Key Deadline
All applications must be submitted by 30 October 2025 for entry in the 2025–2026 academic session.
