• Sept 1, 2025 – Jan 31, 2026: Registration & Fresh Idea submission phase.

• Feb 16, 2026: Earth Prize Scholars announced.

• Feb 16 – Mar 9, 2026: Scholars Phase (develop final ideas).

• Mar 10 – Apr 14, 2026: Regional Winner Phase.

• Apr 15 – 21, 2026: Regional Winners announced.

• Apr 21 – 28, 2026: Public Voting Phase.

• Apr 29, 2026: Earth Prize Awards Ceremony.

 Evaluation Criteria

Your team’s Fresh Idea will be judged on:

• Applicability – Practical and long-term impact.

• Innovativeness – Unique and disruptive solutions.

• Scalability – Can the idea be adapted globally?

• Relevance – Meets a real environmental need.

• Inspirational Impact – Inspires communities and raises awareness.

At the Regional Winners Phase, submissions are evaluated as:

• 80% Final Idea

• 20% Pitch Video
