Applications for the next cohort of the Women in Food and Agriculture Mentorship Program are now open, with the deadline for submissions set for June 22nd.

In 2024, over 450 individuals from across the globe participated to support women seeking to advance their careers in the food and agriculture sector. This year, the program is expanding to accommodate even more participants, including farmers, CEOs, scientists, AgTech professionals, and anyone passionate about shaping the future of women in the industry.

How You Can Join:

  • Find a Mentor: Receive personal and professional guidance to enhance your career development.
  • Become a Mentor: Support the next generation of leaders by sharing your expertise.

By committing just one hour a month, you can help improve gender diversity across the food and agriculture sectors.

What You Need to Know:

  • How does it work? Connect with a mentor or mentee and engage in meaningful discussions about career growth.
  • Time Commitment: Mentorship meetings are flexible; we recommend setting aside one hour per month.
  • Mentor or Mentee? If you’re passionate about supporting others or growing in your career, we welcome both experienced mentors and motivated mentees.
  • What Makes a Good Mentor? A good mentor is supportive, experienced, and willing to share insights to help others grow.
  • What We Look for in Mentees: A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the industry’s advancement.
  • Program Cost: The program is free of charge for all participants.
