Agri-web Lbg (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use the CoFarmer mobile application.

1. Data We Collect When you register for and use the Co-Farmer app, we may collect the following information: – First Name and Last Name – Email Address – Phone Number – Occupation – Country

Purpose of Data Collection We collect your personal data for the following purposes: – To create and manage user accounts – To comply with applicable legal obligations in Ghana – To improve our services through analytics and usage patterns – To personalize user experience (planned for future implementation)

3. Legal Basis for Processing We process your data in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. Our legal bases include your consent, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating the platform.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not sell or lease your personal information. However, we may share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly for platform hosting, communication or analytics subject to confidentiality obligations.

7. Data Retention We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, or as required by applicable laws. Inactive accounts may be removed after a defined period.

8. Children’s Data Co-Farmer is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers If you are accessing Co-Farmer from outside Ghana, please note that your information may be stored and processed in Ghana or in other countries with adequate data protection safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via registered email or in-app notification. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
