Overview
The Watson Institute Flagship Fellowship is a fully funded 16‑week entrepreneurial and leadership development program designed to help impact‑driven entrepreneurs scale ventures that transform communities worldwide. Through Watson’s signature curriculum, intensive mentorship, and global networks, Fellows gain the tools and support needed to grow their organizations and deepen their impact.
Fellowship Features
- Business & Leadership Workshops: Hands‑on sessions on entrepreneurship, business acumen, and financial literacy led by expert practitioners.
- Financial Tools & Resources: Access to frameworks and workshops to strengthen your venture’s financial foundation.
- Impact Series & Specialized Workshops: Engage with established entrepreneurs and leaders to expand networks and leadership capacity.
- Pitch Training & Virtual Summit: Refine your pitch and present your venture to mentors, investors, and peers at the global Summit.
Key Dates
- Priority Application Deadline: 28 June 2026
- Program Duration: 11 August – 24 November 2026
- Immersive (Virtual): 11–18 August 2026
- Virtual Summit: 24 November 2026
Weekly Commitment
- Workshops: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (8:00–10:00 AM MT)
- Total Commitment: 8–10 hours per week, including workshops, mentorship, Basecamp planning, and Summit preparations.
Eligibility
Applicants should be:
- Entrepreneurs or innovators leading ventures with demonstrated traction.
- Operating for 1–5 years with fewer than 10 employees.
- Ventures with engaged customers, measurable results, and some funding (grants, investments, donations, or revenue).
- Adults aged 18 or older, able to commit fully to the program schedule.
- Applicants from all geographic regions are welcome.
Application Process
- Submit Application: Complete the online form (approx. 30 minutes).
- Review: Admissions Committee evaluates innovation, scalability, and impact potential.
- Interview: Selected candidates invited to a 20‑minute Zoom interview.
- Final Selection: Decisions announced by 9 July 2026. Accepted applicants confirm enrollment to secure their spot.
