Ghana Grows is a youth-led initiative by the Springboard Road Show Foundation—partnering with the Mastercard Foundation, Lyme Haus, Axis Human Capital Ltd, Densu Associates, and Meraki Arts Africa—to inspire and equip young Ghanaians for rewarding careers across the agricultural value chain.
Who It’s For:
Youth aged 15–35, with particular outreach to young women and persons with disabilities, from both formal and informal sectors.
