Are you a young professional eager to kickstart your career? The Mastercard Foundation Internship Programme offers ambitious, career-driven individuals with little or no work experience the chance to gain meaningful learning and hands-on exposure in the world of work. This 11-month, full-time, non-renewable internship supports the Foundation’s programs, operations, and partnerships while equipping interns with mentorship, skills, and professional development opportunities under the Young Africa Works strategy.

Eligibility

  • Must be eligible to work in one of the Foundation’s seven countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Uganda

  • Recent graduate (0–4 years’ experience) with a Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Actively engaged in community projects or extracurricular activities

  • Must not be enrolled in a current study program or Foundation initiative
