Monash University is offering the Monash Graduate Scholarships (MGS) to support outstanding students undertaking Research Doctorate or Research Master’s degrees. These scholarships are designed to assist with living costs during your research journey at Monash.
Who Can Apply?
You must be one of the following:

Australian or New Zealand citizen

Australian permanent resident

Australian humanitarian visa holder

International student
And you must:

Meet Monash’s competitive selection criteria

Meet Monash English language proficiency requirements
Also available to students in Joint Research Awards where Monash is the home institution.
What’s Included?

How to Apply
You apply for the scholarship when applying for your research course via the Monash Applicant Portal. No separate scholarship application is required — you’ll be automatically considered for all eligible scholarships.
Key Deadlines:

Domestic (Round 4): Closes 31 October
New applicants must first receive an invitation to apply from the relevant Monash faculty.
