Why This Matters for Agriculture

Forest restoration plays a critical role in climate-resilient agriculture and sustainable land management. Agroforestry systems can improve soil fertility, increase biodiversity, protect watersheds, and diversify income sources for rural communities.

Programs like the Seed to Forest Accelerator help organizations scale nature-based solutions that combine forest restoration with sustainable agricultural practices, supporting both environmental protection and farmer livelihoods.
