The Young Impact Associates (YIA) in Agrifood Systems Fellowship is a prestigious 12-month program designed to build a new generation of African professionals in impact measurement, research, and consulting, especially within the agrifood systems landscape.
Applicants must:

Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of application.

Be a citizen of Ghana, Kenya, or Uganda.

Demonstrate strong interest or experience in data, research, impact measurement, agrifood systems, or related fields.

Be committed to professional development and Africa’s transformation through data-driven decision-making.

Have the ability to commit to the full duration of the one-year program.
