The Financial Times and the World Bank Group’s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) have launched the third edition of the Africa Sustainable Futures Awards, a major annual programme showcasing private sector‑led solutions that drive sustainable growth and job creation across the continent.

Entries are open until 30 June 2026, with winners announced at the FT Africa Summit in London on 22 October 2026.

Agric Relevance

The Agribusiness Award is a dedicated category that highlights outstanding innovation in African agriculture. It seeks projects that:

  • Transform farming systems and significantly boost food production.
  • Build vibrant, sustainable rural economies that generate jobs and reinvestment.
